Our Mission:

“The Mattole Camp and Retreat Center offers a sacred location on the Mattole River that provides opportunities for visitors to deepen spiritual growth and connections among and between one another and Nature.“

Mattole Camp offers many amenities for both indoor and outdoor campers:

• A private swimming hole on the Mattole River
• A Main lodge with a large meeting/dining room and a wrap-around deck with picnic tables
• A large campfire pit ring with benches
• A playing field, volleyball court, horseshoes, and a low-profile obstacle course
• Private sleeping cabins with full bathrooms and hot showers
• ADA approved sleeping rooms in the main lodge with full bath, and hot showers
• A fully-equipped, commercially-certified kitchen, including:
  • Refrigerators and a freezer
  • Commercial sanitizer for dishes
  • Six-burner stove with large griddle
  • Double oven
  • Coffee pots
